What do the conference fees include?

In-Person Attendance

The basic conference fee for in-person participation includes:

  • Access to all plenary sessions, technical sessions, and workshops
  • Participation in poster sessions and exhibition area
  • Conference Dinner
  • Coffee breaks and buffet lunches throughout the conference
  • Welcome Reception
  • Informal networking opportunities during conference catering and the Welcome Reception
  • Open access publication of proceedings
  • Digital conference materials (App)
  • Certificate of attendance (sent after the conference)

  • Travel and accommodation

Important Notes

  • At least one author per accepted paper must register and attend (onsite or online) for publication
  • Students must provide valid proof of status

Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment upon registration (credit card or bank transfer)
  • All participants (authors and non-authors) must register
  • At least one author per paper must attend (in person or online) for publication
  • Timely registration is required for inclusion in the proceedings
