The IBPSA Building Simulation 2027 conference will be hosted in Vienna, Austria, at the historic University of Vienna.

By Air – Vienna International Airport
International travel to Vienna is convenient via Vienna International Airport, located approximately 16–20 km from the city center. With over 190 direct connections worldwide, Vienna is easily accessible within 2–3 hours by plane.
Airport–city connections:
- City Airport Train (CAT): 16 minutes, ~€14.90 (one-way)
- Railjet / ÖBB trains: ~15 minutes, ~€4.40
- S-Bahn (S7): ~25 minutes, ~€4.40
- Taxi / ride services: ~20–30 minutes, ~€33–45
- Airport bus: ~€9.50
Tickets must be purchased before boarding via machines, apps or ticket offices.
Both the airport and CAT are fully accessible and designed for smooth arrivals.
